With 25 years of experience in both North and South American markets, Ciro has had leadership roles in the U.S. creative industry working for clients such as Anheuser-Busch, GlaxoSmithKline, Frito-Lay, Mondelez, AT&T, DirecTV, Procter & Gamble, Hershey's, Mars, Domino's, Marshalls, Lowe's, Pernod Ricard, MillerCoors, Unilever and Coca-Cola. Currently, Ciro is the Chief Creative Officer at Colle McVoy, the recently awarded mid-size agency of the year by Adweek.

Previously he held a leadership position at Ogilvy & Mather, Colombia, before he moved back to the States in 2008 to help lead multicultural agencies Latinworks, Leo Burnett Lapiz and Omnicom's Dieste.

In January of 2021, after 6 years of serving as CCO at Dieste, Ciro joined global PR firm Weber Shandwick as its first Chief Creative Officer. In late 2022, he joined Saatchi New York to lead the Tide and Downy accounts within Saatchi's Woven Collaborative.

Ciro has a broad-ranging creative view across the communications industry and as a multifaceted creative leader. He has been an international juror with an extensive list of recognitions in creative and strategy awards around the world, including top prizes at Radio Mercury Awards.
