Radio Mercury Awards Final Round Judge
Lisa Topol
Chief Creative Officer, Managing Partner
OBERLAND NY
As CCO of Oberland, a small purpose-driven agency, Lisa's not-so-secret dream of pairing creativity with a conscience came true. Since her arrival, Oberland was named most innovative company of the year by Fast Company, purpose-led agency of the year twice by Adage, and her work has won numerous industry awards including One show, Effie, Andy, Clio and Cannes where her "So Many Dicks" campaign for e.l.f. got millions of people from teens to business barons talking about boardroom diversity, and had the rare honor of being shortlisted in both Titanium and Glass lions.
Lisa was named to the Adweek Creative 100 list twice, most recently in 2025, and named one of the thirty most creative women in advertising by Business Insider.
In her 25+ years. Lisa has worked on brands including Nike, ESPN, Best Buy, IBM, Kroger and jetBlue. She helped Wheat Thins make their first foray into the Super Bowl (and win a gold lion), raised one million dollars nearly overnight for a Small AIDS Charity, "Keep a Child Alive," (snagging several gold lions), and when feminine care came calling (U by Kotex) she helped turn the category on its head bidding a fond farewell to blue liquids and white pants.
When not whispering to clients, Lisa whispers to dogs, and has represented the U.S in the international sport of dog agility, winning major championships, including Westminster.
