Chief Creative Officer, Arnold
Arnold is the agency that first inspired Sean to get into advertising. He spent the first few years of his career trying to build a decent enough book to get his foot in the door. And then spent 12 years at Arnold rising through the ranks of the creative department, earning the title of Chief Creative Officer in 2019.
Sean's work has been repeatedly recognized by every major advertising award show there is, including the Radio Mercury Awards, Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Communication Arts, Clio, New York Festivals, London International, Effie, Addy, Webbys, AICP, and many others.
Sean is probably best known for his leadership on Progressive insurance. During his tenure, Progressive's business has more than tripled in size, growing into the 3rd largest insurance company in the country, while the Progressive brand has grown into one of the country's most advertised, most recognizable, and most beloved.
Sean prides himself on motivated and supported creative teams; productive, candid client relationships; prodigious Diet Coke consumption; and sorta looking like grown-up Fred Savage if he ate young Fred Savage.
