Mike has penned award-winning, entertaining, and insightful copy for large international clients as well as mom-and-pop shops, but always with an eye on the big idea, and always hoping that radio is in the mix.

His work has been featured in AdWeek, Ad Age, Archive, Communication Arts and Creativity Magazine, and has garnered numerous awards at the local, regional and national levels. He won a Radio Mercury Award and received back-to-back Best of Show honors in the Lamar Outdoor advertising contest. He's written for a satirical news website, and one of his TV commercials was even featured in a Swedish documentary, for whatever that's worth.

Mike is a member of the Pittsburgh Advertising Federation Board of Directors, and he was named one of the city's rising stars in Pittsburgh Magazine's "40 Under 40." With a bachelor's degree in accounting, he is one of the few writers who can also do your taxes.
